Care Centre
Our team of professional staff provides 24-hour nursing care in this dedicated living space. There are private rooms, rooms for couples and rooms with 3-4 beds available. All rooms are fully equipped.
The residents of the Care Centre have their separate dining area and there are social activities provided especially for them. Careful attention is given to the administration of medication which is constantly monitored.
Assisted Living
These comfortable mid-care living quarters are unfurnished. Some have an en-suite bathroom. Room cleaning and laundry services are provided. Medication is carefully administered and constantly monitored. There is a 24-hour call system for emergencies available. Meals are provided in the main dining room.
Independent Living
The independent living spaces are available in two variations: Bed-Sitters rooms and Bachelor apartments. Both options offer comfortable unfurnished rooms. Medication is carefully administered and constantly monitored. There is a 24-hour call system for emergencies available. Meals are provided in the main dining room.
BED-SITTER
These living spaces are for independent seniors. The rooms are unfurnished and come with or without en-suite bathrooms. Some of the rooms include a small kitchenette.
BACHELOR FLATS
These comprise of each a comfortable bedroom with a bathroom and small kitchen. Residents enjoy all the benefits of independent living with the convenience of our professional staff.
Cottages
These Cottages are ideal for residents over 60 years who maintain an independent lifestyle with all the additional support services of Edenhaven as and when they need these. The cottages have either one- or two-bedrooms and each unit has a small garden with a porch, a bathroom and a kitchen. They are sold on a Life Rights Scheme with an 80% pay back if vacated within 3 years and a 90% pay back if vacated after 3 years. Each cottage has its own separate entrance with secure under-cover parking.
The low monthly levy on the cottages covers the following:
- Garden services, repairs, maintenance and management provided by Edenhaven.
- 12 days free per year in Frail Care, when it is needed.
- 24 hour Security and a Panic Button for Medical Assistance
- Meals can be ordered from the Edenhaven kitchen.
- Access to all the services, entertainment options and activities available for Edenhaven residents.
- The levy does not include electricity.
